Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for renewable energy installations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (contractors, regulatory bodies, customers).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to industry’s best practices and safety protocols.
- Perform regular project evaluations and quality checks.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and partners.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, financial status, and key milestones.
- Supervise construction and installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and schedules.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure successful project handover and commissioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale solar or other renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, energy storage, grid integration, and sustainability practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
