Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Marketer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our architectural and property development projects in Abuja. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing for unlimited earning potential based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Develop compelling sales presentations to showcase our projects, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Conduct effective negotiations with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market, including current trends, property values, and key players.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.

Compensation:
This position is strictly commission-based, offering competitive commission rates on each successful sale or deal closed. High-performing marketers will have the opportunity to earn significant income based on their performance, with no cap on earnings.
