Job Title: Reconcilation and Settlement Officer
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues promptly.
Prepare reconciliation reports and present findings to management, highlighting any significant discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely settlement of transactions and resolution of issues.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all reconciliations and settlements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the reconciliation process.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to reconciliation and settlement processes.
Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a finance or accounting role, preferably in reconciliation and settlement.
Good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Sage is an added advantage

Salary Expectation: N100,000 - N150,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
