Job Title: Digital Marketer and Sales Executive
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Mode: Mondays - Saturdays (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
Job Title: Digital Marketer and Sales Executive
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Monitor and engage with social media team to boost brand engagement and reputation.
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns (PPC) to meet lead generation and sales targets.
- Develop strategies for conversion optimization and user experience improvements on the company website.
- Work with the Branding and Communication Unit to optimize content for SEO and monitor website traffic and performance through tools like Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and present company products and services.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Maintain a detailed database of sales contacts and follow up on leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets with your team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and paid advertising
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content
- Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Hub Spot
- Experience with content management systems (Word Press, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving styles and industry trends.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
- Ability to multitask
