Job Title: Digital Marketer and Sales Executive
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing strategies.
Monitor and engage with social media team to boost brand engagement and reputation.
Create and manage paid ad campaigns (PPC) to meet lead generation and sales targets.
Develop strategies for conversion optimization and user experience improvements on the company website.
Work with the Branding and Communication Unit to optimize content for SEO and monitor website traffic and performance through tools like Google Analytics.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and present company products and services.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Maintain a detailed database of sales contacts and follow up on leads.
Meet or exceed sales targets with your team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and paid advertising
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content
Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Hub Spot
Experience with content management systems (Word Press, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to evolving styles and industry trends.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
Ability to multitask

Salary Expectation: N150,000 - N200,000
Work Mode: Mondays - Saturdays (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
