Job Position: Recovery Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding/past due loans, ensuring minimal loss to the organization.
- Tracking of all customers’ accounts to identify outstanding or past due loans
- Strategize on course of action to recover due and unpaid loans
- Locate and contact debtors with a view to ensuring prompt payment of loans.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handling of all loan recovery related questions or complaints
- Minimum BSc / HND.
- 2-3 years of experience.
N120,000 - N130,000 / Month.
