Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Sales Agent at Waheguru Travels in Abuja State, Nigeria. The Reservations Sales Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, performing receptionist duties, and driving sales to ensure seamless and comfortable journeys for clients.


Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and Receptionist Duties
• Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
