About the Role
Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering product recommendations and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our latest beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Checkout: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handle card payments, and maintain a secure and organized register.
• Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, restock shelves, and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the retail space is visually appealing by arranging and organizing products according to brand standards, updating displays, and highlighting promotions.
• Receiving and Sorting: Assist the team in safely taking delivery of restocks and supplies.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a confident and friendly team member who is passionate about the Korean beauty industry. You would be ideal for the job if you:

• Love to work as part of a close-knit team, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have a passion for and existing knowledge of Korean beauty.
• Have previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
