Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of front-end and back-end applications. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong focus on collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver exceptional software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the development of high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications across the full stack (both client and server side).
- Architecture & Strategy: Collaborate with engineering leads to define application architecture and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and review the work of junior team members to ensure high standards are met.
- Integration & API Management: Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring robust and efficient integrations with internal and third-party services.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit tests, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve bugs. Mentor team members on best practices in testing and debugging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences and meet project timelines.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through optimization and regular code review.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for code, architectural decisions, and processes to support team alignment and future development.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in full stack development with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern Java Script frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Back-End Skills: Strong experience with back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and frameworks, with a solid understanding of server-side logic.
- Database Management: Proficiency in working with SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB).
- API Development: Experience designing and building RESTful and/or Graph QL APIs.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and experience with collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow).
- Testing: Strong understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and best practices in unit, integration, and E2E testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools and methodologies.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making processes.
