Job Description: Social Media and Content Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
A distinguished fine dining establishment is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join their team as a Social Media and Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating visually engaging/appealing contents, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering online community engagement to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality written content for social media posts, contents, and other marketing collateral.
• Create visually appealing and engaging videos for social media platforms.
• Capture and edit professional-quality pictures & videos for the restaurant.

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and curate social media profiles.
• Utilize Canva and other design tools for creating visually appealing graphics.
• Implement and execute social media promotion strategies.

3. Content Scheduling and Calendar Management:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for planned posts and campaigns.
• Schedule content across various platforms to optimize engagement.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to content schedules.

4. Office Reporting:

• Report to the company office at least four times a week to gather content for posting.
• Collaborate with CEO to understand brand and content requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating written and video content.
• Active presence on social media platforms.
• Proficient in video editing and content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and promotion strategies.
• Ability to use Canva for graphics.
• Excellent organizational skills for content scheduling and calendar management.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
