Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to develop and implement strategies to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and drive leads across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Google My Business, Discord, Telegram, You Tube, and broadcast channels.
3. Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) to optimize content.
5. Nurture leads and via messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
7. Foster online community engagement through responsive and timely customer service.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, recruitment) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in social media management.
2. Proven track record of growing organic social media presence and driving engagement.
3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising formats.
4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using social media analytics tools.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
2. Certification in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification).
