We are a Software Quality Assurance and Testing Services provider. Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Position: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop monthly social media content calendars that align with client goals, brand identity, and campaign objectives. Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter.
• Community Management: Build and nurture client social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Monitor and engage with relevant conversations to increase brand visibility.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, leveraging paid and organic tactics. Coordinate with internal teams to support cross-channel marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for paid social media campaigns across platforms. Monitor ad-spend and adjust budgets as necessary to meet campaign objectives and client expectations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and other reporting tools. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for Digitezz and our clients to innovate and stand out in their industries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and website/SEO teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms. Attend internal and external meetings as needed to present findings and review performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month (Gross)
