Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport goods to assigned destinations within Lagos.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes while adhering to road safety regulations.
• Load, unload, and inspect goods to ensure proper delivery and prevent damage.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure the truck is in optimal condition.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws to ensure the safety of the driver and other road users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Valid truck driving license and clean driving record.
• In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to read maps, GPS systems, and navigate Lagos efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy goods and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery services, or distribution.
