We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to create intuitive, engaging, and functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to create intuitive, engaging, and functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implementation:
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Create responsive designs that work across multiple devices and screen sizes
- Design user-friendly navigation systems and information architecture
- Produce high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze user feedback and testing results
- Create user personas and journey maps
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Document user testing findings and recommend improvements
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews and team meetings
- Mentor junior designers when required
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects
- Proficiency in design tools:
- Figma
- Prototyping
- HTML/CSS
- Responsive design principles
- Interactive prototyping tools
- Design systems
- Information architecture
- Strong understanding of:
- User-centered design principles
- Mobile and web interfaces
- Typography and color theory
- Current design trends and best practices
- Accessibility standards
- Basic frontend development concepts
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
