As the VP of Product Management, you will spearhead the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy. Your role involves defining software requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-performing product management team. You will be pivotal in overseeing the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to launch, and ensuring that our offerings meet market demands and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including conceptualization, design, prototyping, development, testing, and launch.
- Conduct user experience research to define and refine market requirements for current and future products.
- Coordinate product management activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Identify and track key success metrics for all product features.
- Prioritize and manage growth levers such as new feature development, feature optimization, and experimentation for acquisition and retention.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive product launches in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure timely release of product features and enhancements in line with quality standards.
- Conduct market research to inform the product innovation roadmap and address product commoditization challenges.
- Develop comprehensive product requirements documents and roadmaps for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Analyze product, market, and customer risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role, in areas such as Management Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Technology.
- Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Agile Certified Product Manager) or a Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the fintech industry is advantageous.

- Proven track record in creating and scaling successful products with a reputation for excellent execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, payment systems, banking, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of product management best practices and a commitment to staying updated with market trends.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing product management teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
