Join our growing team at GEA Food Solutions Norway - Seeking a passionate Area Sales Manager to strengthen our Nordic team From breakfast to bedtime, GEA engineering is likely part of your own day-to-day life. Your responsibilities and tasks:
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across all GEA Food Application Solution products targeted customers in Norway. This entails identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, executing sales, and maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Additionally, you will search for and build up new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones. This role involves frequent travel within Norway and abroad.

- Develop sales plans covering the total portfolio in line with targets and budget plus grow the pipeline.
- Provide input to Nordic Sales Management regarding forecast and participate in weekly Nordic Teams meetings.
- Drive equipment sales/profitability by effectively leveraging Product Specialists and other GEA resources.
The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry. They should exhibit an outgoing, honest, and straightforward personality, skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the organization, both locally and internationally. Moreover, they should demonstrate an ability to navigate diverse environments and collaborate effectively with various companies, locations, and cultures.
