In this role you will be accountable for SN Paeds (Peadiatrics) category brands Allery & Growth, by developing strategies for HCPs (Hospital, Primary Care, Pharmacy), patients, and consumers, crafting and executing brand and commercial plans seamlessly to achieve the Norwegian SN (Specialized Nutrition) category business ambition. You will report to our senior Brand Manager Peads who is based in Sweden.

This is a fulltime & permanent position and you will be based in our Oslo office with the possibility to work from home a couple days/week. We aim to hire as soon as possible.

You will:

• Plan and execute the annual country and brand planning for Norway.

• Responsible for local category A&P budget and to contribute the fulfilment of the category’s sales, margin and profitability targets as well as brand performance objectives.

• Lead innovation and renovation of products, including creating local Business cases with input from cross-functional team.

• Create 360 Campaigns in accordance to set Brand Plan.

About you To be successful in this position we believe that you have:

• 5+ years of successful business and commercial experience from Marketing, Life Science/Pharma industry or clinical setting.

• Bachelor and/or master degree within Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition or Science with good commercial understanding.

• Solid experience with product market introductions, 360 marketing activities, communication, business analysis and financial management.

• Proven record of excellence in marketing execution including experience from digital and multi-media activities.

• The ability to execute in an efficient and structured way.

• A good level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Excellent skills in written and oral English + fluent in Norwegian
