DRILLING & WELL – Function Area Management system (MS) Coordinator

Assignment Description
- Perform daily maintenance of the MS collection.
- Coordinate updates and revisions in the MS collection with MS Authors.
Maintain an overview of all Change Initiatives Proposals (CIP) for the function area.
Push relevance to business areas.
- Contact point towards MS service provider.
- Advise and support MS Authors and MS Owners on governing documentation from the MS function area.
- Follow-up that:
Content is in line with TR0002.
MS Authors and MS Owners have ensured sufficient stakeholder involvement and quality in the information material e.g., CIP and implementation material.
- Facilitate weekly dispensation meeting and have an overview of dispensations related to the function area and advise the organisations to ensure compliance.
- Have an overview of improvement proposals related to the function area.
- Facilitate the Global Owner meeting for the function area.
- Update relevant meta data in ARIS and Docmap.
