Position: Farmer Success Manager
Location: Oslo, Norway
Type: Fulltime (Can be part-time at first and transition into full-time before summer 2025) Reports to: Head of Farmer Success
What You’ll Do: As a Farmer Success Manager at Monil, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get the most value from our technology. You will:
Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers to help improve our product and services.
Customer Stories: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and share success stories by capturing how Monil’s technology is improving the lives of farmers and their livestock.
Support Customers: Provide exceptional support, addressing customer questions and troubleshooting issues related to our virtual fencing system.
Proactive Outreach: Stay ahead of customer needs by checking in regularly, identifying challenges before they arise, and offering solutions to maximize their success.
Loyalty & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our loyal customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

What We’re Looking For:
- Farming Enthusiast: You have experience with farming or a genuine interest in agriculture. You understand the challenges farmers face and are passionate about bringing tech solutions to the industry.
- Organized: You are comfortable using digital tools and are organized in your approach. Experience with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: You enjoy talking to people and can engage with customers effectively, listening to their needs and explaining complex concepts in simple terms.

customer issues or find ways to improve their experience.
