About the job and your responsibilities

• Support external financing, equity transactions and credit related topics.
• Contribute to preparing and executing financial policy issues, e.g. interest rate policy, dividend, and share buy-backs.
• Follow up and manage financing of Hydro’s subsidiaries and serve as an internal advisor on funding related topics.
• Advice on and follow-up compliance with group standards and financial policies.
• Support the communication and deliveries towards rating agencies, monitor the ability to meet credit rating targets.

Your qualifications and skills

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
• Minimum three years’ experience within financing/corporate finance from a bank or international company.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of financing markets and relevant products.
• Good understanding of legal issues related to loan/bond documentation and bank agreements.
• Thrives in fast-paced working environments.
• Good communication and presentation skills, in English, both verbal and written.
