• Work actively to increase awareness regarding HSEQ matters in the VARD organizations
• Periodic HSEQ reporting and quarterly NOx reporting
• Annual Environmental and Sustainability reporting
• Internal and external audits / revision
• Ensure that the Vard Quality Management System is updated and complies with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Facilitate Quality System improvements based on improvement proposals deriving from the Synergi Life system in cooperation with the Process Owners

• Relevant higher education or other relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience related to the company's ISO certificates.
• Experience from working in a corporate structure

• Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both orally and written
• Good cooperation skills
