As VMS (Vard Quality Management System) and Synergi Life System administrator, the Group HSE Manager / Quality Manager has the authority to implement activities, in consultation with the SVP HSEQ, to achieve the set goals for safety and quality in VARD Norway.

Duties and responsibilities
- Work actively to increase awareness regarding HSEQ matters in the VARD organizations
- Periodic HSEQ reporting and quarterly NOx reporting
- Annual Environmental and Sustainability reporting
- Internal and external audits / revision
- Ensure that the Vard Quality Management System is updated and complies with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Facilitate Quality System improvements based on improvement proposals deriving from the Synergi Life system in cooperation with the Process Owners
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education or other relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience related to the company's ISO certificates.
- Experience from working in a corporate structure
Personal qualities
- Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both orally and written
- Good cooperation skills
- Identify yourself with the VARD values Craftmanship, Salesmanship and Fellowship
