Job Purpose
In Controls & Automation, we execute and support subsea Control System deliveries. Our proprietary technologies provide functionality for monitoring and optimization of subsea Production and Intervention control systems, enabling safe and efficient operations. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Engineer to lead and oversee the work of maintaining and evolving the products within the HPU product family. This role will cover engagement in technical management, project execution, obsolescence management and operational support, tender, product performance and product ownership. The HPU portfolio covers Production HPU's, HPU's as part of offshore workover operations, Test and Flushing HPU's and workshop HPU's. As the Product Responsible for these products, you will assume a crucial role in harmonizing efforts with diverse stakeholders, clarifications with customers, supporting service centers operating the equipment, tool pool for investments and solutions, as well as innovations to meet the market needs. The HPU products are built by 3rd party, so very little in-house production.

Job Description:
- Global Product ownership, as these products are used worldwide
- Establish and maintain global product portfolio network
- Maintain documentation for the products, specifications, drawings and user documentation
- Support Project Engineers in design reviews, technically.
- Support sourcing in choosing the right vendors
- Have an understanding of the market and work on the next generation of the products
- Take part in the handling of quality notifications and improvement suggestions
- Give input to tender work
- Provide product training material and conduct product courses
- Project execution and testing
- Ensure the products meet the agreed Standards
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline
- Long experience in the hydraulic and electric engineering environment
- Some understanding of subsea engineering principles, production and workover products and systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
