Hub Bar is the urban meeting place that never stands still and that develops with the day. It is the place for those who want to eat fresh lunch dishes from our "all day menu" in a vibrant and informal neighborhood restaurant, it is the place for informal work meetings, coffee dates or a stop before the evening's concert. Not least, it is the place for those who want to drink exciting wines by the glass, local beer, cocktails and mocktails until late at night.
What will you do?
As a Hub Bar Supervisor, you are the shift leader on duty and must ensure the daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will create unforgettable experiences for the bar's guests together with your team and help put Hub Bar on the Oslo map. Your main tasks include:

- Serving food and drinks to the guests
- Quality assurance of service and product
- Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus
- Training and development of personnel
- Cash settlement
- Product orders
- Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act

Who are we looking for?
- You understand what it means to be a good team leader and preferably have previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role.
- You have a clear service gene and see challenges positively, not as problems.
- You are keen to deliver high quality in everything you do and always go the extra mile to exceed the guest's expectations.
- You are good at motivating the team around you and leading everyone towards the same goal.
- You recognize yourself in our values, which are energy, courage and enthusiasm.
- The position requires that you can communicate well in Norwegian and/or English.
