Influencer and PR Manager, Norway
for The Ordinary and NIOD

As Earned/Owned Media Manager for The Ordinary and Niod brands in Norway you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and consumer activations that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales. You will manage the day-to-day activations, and it is your responsibility to make both short- and long-term strategies to strengthen brand equity and to support the overall business targets.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
In close co-op with your colleagues in the brand and media teams and with key stakeholders from Nordics and EMEA, you will optimize the two brands’ presence in the market and orchestrate product launches and campaign executions. More specifically, you will:

  • Optimize the brands EMV & Share of Voice in the Norwegian market via effective Press and influencer programs.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders in the industry
    Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Lead the earned activation of global campaigns/product launches, marketing programs and activities across consumer facing media touch points.
  • Use consumer insights to analyze the consumer journey and identify local opportunities.
    Manage A&P budgets.
  • Build the Norwegian earned media strategy and plan based on global brand directions and local brand strategy to strengthen brand equity, increase consumer engagement, and drive traffic to the stores (on- and offline).
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, analyze data and provide regular reports to the team and management

Qualifications
Qualifications

For you to be a success in this job, we expect you to have +3 years of experience from a comparable job preferably from a PR/influencer agency or from the fashion/beauty industry:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, press and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful influencer and consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Has a good understanding of the Norwegian influencer landscape and has already established a good network.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with experience using data to make informed decisions.
  • Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and emerging trends in the digital marketing space.
  • A creative and analytical mindset and experience with relevant social listening and performance management tools.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

You will report to the Nordic Senior Media Manager, and you will work from our Norwegian office in Oslo.
