Key Account Manager
This position reports to the Country Lead Norway and is based in Oslo.

What you will do
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building profitable Kenvue sales and market share within defined key accounts.
Meet customer needs and implement best-in-class solutions to drive distribution and consumer take off through secondary solutions and promotional activities. Demonstrate category focus in how we address customers to build category performance and solid customer relations.
In this position you will have a key role in developing a strategic plan for long term collaboration with our grocery customers. Be an active team player to foster a culture with a common ownership to winning as one team.
- Develop & execute customer specific account plans in conjunction with the annual planning process to optimize Kenvue plans and meeting customer needs. Implement plans to achieve sales, profit contribution, SKU distribution on both established brands & NPI`s, promotions, customer staff training, secondary placement.
- Develop, present and sell-in of profitable in-store campaigns.
- Initiate, build and maintain strong customer relations within the key account portfolio.
- Analyze key categories to identify category development opportunities and address these in co-operation with Category Manager and / or Commercial Activation Manager. Initiate category projects with the aim of maximizing customer/category growth.
- Monitor and evaluate customer development, market conditions and competitive activities, keeping the Business Unit Manager advised. If negative deviation or sudden opportunities arise, to recommend action and gain approval to secure company objectives.
- Evaluate and report customer activity results to meet internal local and regional management requirements. E.g price and promotional activity.
- Managing Key Account terms, conditions & budget in line with company guidelines.
- Manage Kenvue invoicing systems contributing to Kenvue being paid in time as well as customers being paid in time for their promotion services provided to Kenvue.
- Work cross functionally with relevant internal functions to meet customer expectations.
- Provide input to the sales forecasting process to enable Supply Chain function to meet customer needs.
What we are looking for
-
University degree in Business administration or respective studies
- Major in Marketing or Sales is desirable.
- Experience from a multi-national or regional company within FMCG or OTC
- Experience and proven track record in effective key account management
- Solid analytical thinking and strong financial knowledge
- Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Negotiation skills and experience in handling the negotiation process with PHY or Mass retail Chains.
- Full and complete proficiency in both Norwegian and English
- Experience with Revenue Growth Management
- E-commerce/Digital marketing experience
- Project management
- User experience with Nielsen
