As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for the Industrial channel in Norway you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Leading a defined group of customers to constant growth through joint business planning, collaboration and execution.
  • Implementing strategic plans, new product lines, programs and activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Supporting team with spirit and knowledge.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of the Norwegian industrial market
  • Past experience as Key account manager, Field Sales rep, product manager etc.
  • Comfortable in meeting store staff, salespeople, product managers and corporate management at customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
  • Advanced communication and prioritization skills with the ability to drive engagement/lead relationships and collaboration on multiple levels across many organizations
  • Additional Skills (Project management, Prioritization, Communication Skills etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and a strong networker

  • God kunnskap om det norske industrimarkedet.
  • Tidligere erfaring som Key Account Manager, Field Sales rep, produktsjef etc.
  • Komfortabel i møte med butikkmedarbeidere, selgere, produktsjefer og bedriftsledelse hos kundene.
  • Lederegenskaper
  • Gode muntlige og skriftlige kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk.
  • Sterke kommunikasjons-, forhandlings- og mellommenneskelige ferdigheter.
Ytterligere kvalifikasjoner som kan hjelpe deg med å lykkes ytterligere i denne rollen inkluderer
