The position
EPN OTE PMC (Projects and Maintenance Competences) consists of a highly qualified and competent group of more than 500 colleagues across Norway and other international locations. Delivering tasks within maintenance, modification and investment projects of operated installations for E&P upstream offshore (EPN & EPI), contract management, life cycle information (LCI), and improvement & digitalization.We’re organised in a competence center providing opportunities for our people to work within a broad spectrum of responsibilities, with a lot of autonomy and flexibility in their work. Perform maintenance and reliability analysis to drive improvements within safety, regularity, environmental hazards, and cost in order to support Equinor’s improvement agenda.

Lead and participate in maintenance engineering projects in various areas; oil/gas and renewables, from early phase to implementation.

Contribute to develop and standardize deliveries within maintenance engineering in projects and operation.

Ensure implementation of improvements identified by analysis.

Use digital opportunities, AI and big data to support analysis and challenge or improve existing work processes including development of digital tools as needed.
You

Bachelor, Master or Ph D degree within relevant engineering discipline.

At least two years of relevant experience within maintenance and reliability analysis disciplines.

Knowledge of digital tools, robotic process automation, programming and Power Platform.

Ability to transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements.

Contribute actively to a good learning culture and experience sharing.

Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.

Strong ability to drive improvement processes involving various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
