The position

By joining our team in Operation and maintenance you will have the opportunity to work with tasks related to the maintenance management and reliability discipline:

• Perform maintenance and reliability analysis to drive improvements within safety, regularity and cost to support Equinors improvement agenda
• Participate in maintenance engineering project
• Participate in maintenance planning and execution
• Use digital opportunities, AI and big data to support analysis and challenge or improve existing work processes within maintenance management, including development of digital tools
• Transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements

You

For this position we are looking for those with:

• Master’s degree or Ph D with good academic record within Maintenance Management, Reliability and RAMS, Offshore Technology, Industrial Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, Safety and Risk Management, Marine Technology, Mechanical Engineering
• Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
• Fluent in English
• No more than than two years of experience
• Formal experience is not a requirement
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
