The programme
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas.

The position
By joining our team in Operation and maintenance you will have the opportunity to work with tasks related to the maintenance management and reliability discipline:- Perform maintenance and reliability analysis to drive improvements within safety, regularity and cost to support Equinors improvement agenda
- Participate in maintenance engineering project
- Participate in maintenance planning and execution
- Use digital opportunities, AI and big data to support analysis and challenge or improve existing work processes within maintenance management, including development of digital tools
- Transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements
You
For this position we are looking for those with:- Master’s degree or Ph D with good academic record within Maintenance Management, Reliability and RAMS, Offshore Technology, Industrial Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, Safety and Risk Management, Marine Technology, Mechanical Engineering
- Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
- Fluent in English
- No more than than two years of experience
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
- An awareness of risk and a commitment to safety for yourself and those around you.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Motivation to be a key contributor in the energy transition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex problems with creativity and innovation, in order to deliver on strategy.
- Is curious and strives to learn, develop, and grow their skills and competencies as their environment changes. Take ownership of and seek out learning opportunities and constructive feedback.
- You identify with our values, open, collaborative, courageous, and caring
