The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas.

The position
By joining Project Management and Control, You will be part of some of the most exciting projects in Equinor’s energy transition, delivering project control services across our global project portfolio.Main responsibilities and tasks in Project management and control:
- Provide the project team and management with critical, decision-making basis that ensures projects deliver on time and cost targets for all project phases from design to project close out.
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with all disciplines in the project and actively perform and communicate status and analysis of cost and schedule performance, risk areas, trends, forecasts and mitigating actions .
- Secure experience sharing and digitalisation to support continuous improvements and further development of best practices, relevant tools and the management system.
You
For this position we are looking for those with:- Master’s degree or Ph D with good academic record within Economic, Technical, Industrial economics, Business management, Project Management and other
- Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
- Fluent in English
- No more than than two years of experience
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
- An awareness of risk and a commitment to safety for yourself and those around you.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Motivation to be a key contributor in the energy transition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex problems with creativity and innovation, in order to deliver on strategy.
- Is curious and strives to learn, develop, and grow their skills and competencies as their environment changes. Take ownership of and seek out learning opportunities and constructive feedback.
