The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas.

The position

By joining Project Management and Control, You will be part of some of the most exciting projects in Equinor’s energy transition, delivering project control services across our global project portfolio.

Main responsibilities and tasks in Project management and control:

• Provide the project team and management with critical, decision-making basis that ensures projects deliver on time and cost targets for all project phases from design to project close out.

• Collaborate and build strong relationship with all disciplines in the project and actively perform and communicate status and analysis of cost and schedule performance, risk areas, trends, forecasts and mitigating actions .

• Secure experience sharing and digitalisation to support continuous improvements and further development of best practices, relevant tools and the management system.

As a graduate in Project Management and Control you will be able to grow and deliver together with experienced colleagues developing own competencies and skills at the same time contributing to the organisations success.

You

For this position we are looking for those with:

• Master’s degree or Ph D with good academic record within Economic, Technical, Industrial economics, Business management, Project Management and other
• Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
• Fluent in English
• No more than than two years of experience
• Formal experience is not a requirement
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
