Job Description
Location: Oslo/Gothenburg
Full-time (40h/week)
Workplace type: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
A new exciting and unique opportunity to join Sea to Summit EMEA team in the Norway office!
The Marketing Specialist Nordic will be responsible to drive integrated marketing efforts for Sea to Summit in Sweden, Norway, and Finland with the goal of expanding brand awareness and affinity through strategic retail, offline and online campaigns.
Partnering closely with the Sales teams, and collaborating with the EMEA Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will drive a consistent Trade marketing impact focusing on the development of Key Accounts, achieving commercial results for the business, whilst ensuring ROI optimization.
The role will Design and execute regional omni-channel marketing plan with a focus on trade marketing, POS, digital marketing, influencer marketing, event/Trade Show and Public Relations to support EMEA sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact Regional marketing communication strategies, tactics and initiatives, that aligns with Sea to Summit’s brand messaging and direction, ensuring adherence to established Global and Regional guidelines & standards.
- Manage Country Marketing Budget effectively, based on regional marketing mix guidelines and ensuring accurate invoicing management.
- In collaboration with the Country Sales team and EMEA Sales/Marketing team, support the development of impactful Go-To-Market sell-in and sell-out tools including POS collateral solutions, online assets, sales materials, Buyers’ Guide, and trainings to meet business goals.
- Be the marketing point-of-contact during the Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Build and execute Country B2B email calendar.
- Maintain the marketing content of the Country B2B platform, supplying retailers with seasonal marketing creative asset pack, GTM toolkit, training materials, etc.
- Input to EMEA Marketing team on specific localized assets needs based on commercial enquiries and market trends.
- Manage and implement impactful paid media campaigns (print & digital publications).
- Manage and execute EMEA’s organic social media strategy on ad platforms such as Facebook and Instagram including community management.
- Coordinate the creation of localized content to be used on EMEA’s social handles, website, blog, collaborating with relevant outdoor brands, retailers and Country Marketing Teams.
- Coordinate and manage Country influencer outreach, partnerships and PR activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of Country events such as Trade Shows, Editor/Press events, influencer product discovery trips.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Marketing, Business or any related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant Brand and Marketing experience with a focus on the Nordic region.
- Strong commercial and/or wholesale/retail affinity.
- Experience in multi-cultural and cross-functional business environments of consumer/lifestyle industries.
- Strong commercial and/or wholesale/retail affinity.
- Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong understanding of a full-funnel customer journey and related & tactics.
- Experience with omni-channel strategies and digital media tactics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Swedish, Norwegian and English, any other language is a plus.
- Proven track record in the European sport and outdoor industry is a plus.
