We are looking for a passionate Operations Specialists Airfreight to join our team at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (Norway). Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create exceptional customer experiences.

Who are you?
- You have an operational background with at least 2 year from a similar position and a clear understanding of business and processes with the high goal to develop yourself to the next level within Airfreight.
What will you do?
- Follow-up shipment status in our Export and Import areas, identify incidents and ensure swift resolution of incidents.
- Create, build and maintain excellent relationships with key suppliers and our internal functions.
- Act as subject matter expert for ad hoc operational questions and ensure that customer requirements are met and corrective actions taken in case of deviations.
