Helly Hansen is looking for a Customer Operations Representative Denmark
I denne stilling får du mulighed for at påvirke og udvikle et af Norges mest internationalt kendte og anerkendte forbrugerbrands. Som en del af vores professionelle, multinationale team vil du få en række udfordrende opgaver med at servicere vores skandinaviske engros- og B2B-kunder - primært danske kunder. Du vil være nøglepersonen i ordrebogshåndtering, leveringskoordinering og eftersalgsprocesser. Der vil være et tæt samarbejde med salgsteamet i Danmark for at sikre den bedste service til vores kunder i alle forretningsenheder - Sports, Work Wear og Musto.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE
  • Fremragende kundeservice: Sikre førsteklasses kundeorienteret rådgivning og service til Helly Hansens engros- og B2b-kunder i den tildelte region. Hjælpe med vores produktleverancer, priser, rabatter, eftersalgskontroller, kampagner og andre servicerelaterede spørgsmål.
  • Team: Udvikle og vedligeholde effektive arbejdsrelationer med alle kolleger for at sikre en 'one team approach' til levering af Customer Service Excellence-standarderne og forretningsmålene.
  • Support: yde support og hjælp til kolleger i hele HH-virksomheden.
  • Tværfunktionel: Arbejde med lokalt salg, økonomi, logistik og andre tværfunktionelle teams på tværs af virksomheden, udveksle information og træffe beslutninger sammen for at sikre den bedst mulige løsning til vores kunder.
DRIFT
Håndtering af ordrebøger
  • Support, opfølgning og hjælp til ordreindtastning
  • Tjek vilkår og rabatter i henhold til sæsonbestemte deadlines
  • Overvåg produkttilgængelighed og mulige forsinkelser.
  • Kommuniker med kundekontorer og salgsteams om mulige ændringer, der påvirker ordrer.
  • Sikre, at ordrer frigives til tiden for at opfylde kundernes behov
  • Afstemning af returneringer, chargebacks, reklamationer og mangler.
  • Støtte den månedlige prognoseproces og aktiv opfølgning på forsendelsesmålene
