Assignment Description

• Responsible for cats&spec database for pipe and pipe support on projects
• Setting up, maintaining, and updating the component database in Aveva E3D.
• Daily user-support in the 3D-model
• Maintain piping classes, add new components and tagged valves according to client's requirement
• Offering support to piping and pipe support designers in the modeling of valves, instruments, and other vendor components within the database.
• Modification and creation of new components in the catalogue.

Qualifications

• Bsc. is preferred, but can be compensated with long experience within described work tasks.
• Technical Bachelor or masters degree within relevant area 3-5 years experience with cats&specs
• Experience with the client’s engineering systems and method is an advantage
• Experienced in use Aveva E3D, Aveva Catalogue
• Experience with pipe and pipe support modelling in Aveva E3D
• Knowledge of PML (Programmeable Macro Language) and PARAGON
• Good understanding of piping requirements/piping discipline experience highly beneficial
• AVEVA E3D (requirement)
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point (Requirement)
• Norwegian (Preferred)
• English (Requirement)
