Department Overview

Avigilon Alta is the cloud based Video Security and Access Control business unit within Motorola Solutions. Originally created by the acquisition of Ava Securities in 2022, it is the fasted growing business unit with the company. It uses AI, both in the cameras an in the cloud to provide the next generation of video security to a huge range of customers all around the world.

Job Description

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in thardware devices
• Experience with cloud technologies, Saa S platforms, or Io T products.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
