Assignment Description

• Analyse and work pro-actively to drive effective management of quality non-conformance
• Work closely with HSE teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure contractual obligations towards suppliers related to quality requirements
• Work to remove process variance and drive for operational excellence
• Conduct root cause analysis and/or investigate quality incidents
• Implement lessons learned across the business units
• Provide professional advice on quality assurance aspects of the Company’s onshore and offshore activities
• Contribute to execute the Company’s S&S Audit & Verification program
• Act as an auditor
• Assure that Vår Energi works in line with relevant ISO certifications

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Norwegian
