Our HSSE & Quality department at Tranby is now looking for a Senior Quality Advisor

• Focus on driving the quality mindset and agenda in the Power Solutions segment, both in projects and on site, including Lessons Learned (capturing and share best practices across projects/locations).
• Provide Tender input as required. Review and validate/comment AKSO compliance to client quality requirements.
• Drive Lean deployment as key enabler for waste elimination and Continuous Improvement in projects, at sites or in supporting functions.
• Establish and execute site audit plans addressing key project- and site risks.
• Facilitate incident investigations leading to identification of actions for permanent fix of root-causes in projects or on site. Ensure processes to verify implementation and effectiveness of actions taken.
• Facilitate and drive proactive quality improvement in projects and on site: Monitor KPIs, evaluate audit findings and incident RCAs etc. to identify areas of improvement and launch required actions.
• Contribute to ensuring the segment has an up-to-date Operating System and help coordinate Management Reviews etc. as required.
• Lead, coordinate and report on Client requests, including Non-Conformance Report (NCR) handling, and following up on critical quality issues.

• Proven systematic, analytical and process improvement skills
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in engineering or other relevant areas
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar quality positions preferably from the oil and gas or renewables industry
• Customer-focused and self-driven personality
• Efficient problem solver, drive and engagement for quality with a strong people focus
