Language Data and Quality Reviewer

POSITION
We are seeking a skilled Language Data and Quality Reviewer in the following languages, Norwegian and English to join our team and play a pivotal role in researching information for various entities, tools, and datasets provided during on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional logical and analytical skills to effectively assess data and provide insightful reasoning.
- Interpret Data: Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights that can contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Data Manipulation: Handle batches of data, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Take ownership of the quality of all training data, actively identify any issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams on various projects, providing data quality metrics and identifying new attributes to enhance project outcomes.
- Interpret Data: Analyze vast datasets generated by AI systems and large language models to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations aimed at improving business processes and outcomes.
- Data Labeling and Manipulation: Process batches of data, applying labeling techniques and manipulation methods as per project requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Quality Assurance: Take ownership of the quality of training data, actively identifying and addressing any issues or anomalies to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data used for AI model training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams on various projects, providing expertise in data analysis and contributing to the development of data quality metrics. Work collaboratively to identify new attributes and features that can enhance model performance and usability.
- Language Translations
- Strong proficiency in both English and Norwegian languages.
- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Experience with data labeling and manipulation techniques, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Data Science and Product teams.
- Proficiency (reading, writing, and/or speaking) in both English and Norwegian languages.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering positive experiences for others.

- Currently hiring for a part-time position (up to 20 hours a week!)
- The candidate is preferred to be available in IST. (Preferred 8 am IST onwards).
- Having access to a good Wi-Fi connection during working hours.
- This role is a 1099 independent contractor position. Please note that this classification may vary based on your location and local regulations. We encourage applicants outside of the US to familiarize themselves with their country's tax laws and regulations regarding independent contracting. For most candidates outside of the US, a W-8 BEN form is provided.
