Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Portfolio - Transforming B2B Sales at Global Connect

About the role and the team:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Global Connect, you will step into a role that is essential in
transforming our B2B sales organization across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This is not just
another sales job; it's an opportunity to become a frontrunner on how to influence the way Global Connect approaches our clients and sell our best-in-class solutions, embracing a Challenger Sales mindset to redefine how we approach our clients and markets.

You will target upper mid-market to enterprise clients, working with some of the most
recognized brands in the Nordics. Your days will be filled with discovering new opportunities,
building relationships with C-suite and technical leaders, and presenting innovative network
solutions that enhance our clients' businesses. You'll be the bridge between our advanced
services and the customers who need them the most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our enterprise portfolio consisting of some of the biggest companies in the Nordics.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions utilizing the Challenger Sales approach to guide clients towards solutions that promote growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on leads and develop new ones, ensuring a full sales pipeline.
  • Act as a mentor and inspiration within the sales team, sharing your knowledge and helping to shape our new sales culture.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience in B2B Enterprise solution sales, ideally with a great experience with Challenger Sales methodology and mindset.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and building solid client relationships.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and technical decision-makers, with the ability to become a trusted advisor.
  • A solid commercial mindset with the ability to analyze and lead complex sales discussions with senior leadership from the client.
  • Experience with selling complex technical solutions, with knowledge of network solutions being a significant advantage.
