Assignment Description

• Prepares Well Budget and AFE Cost Estimates specific for the Norwegian offshore environment.
• Supports Purchase to Pay Process, creation of PRs and SRs.
• Performs Cost Controlling of Well Specific Costs and Internal Budgets.
• Month end procedures as accruals, value of work done (VOWD).
• Maintain monthly cash call.
• Input/maintain AFE into Iqx system.
• Issue weekly cost reports from Iqx system.
• Control of Monthly Time writing Process for Well Engineering Department.
• Responsible for all drilling cost (vendor cost, inhouse cost, time writing etc.).
• Forecast and cost reporting.
• Creation of SES for all drilling proforma's.
• Preparation of RFS's.
• End of Well cost analysis (actual spending versus AFE).
• End of Well usage reconciliation of tangibles, rig rate etc.
• Verification of invoices received.
• Liases with Procurement and Finance.
• Liases with finance when license audits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in relevant Drilling Cost Estimator and Cost Controller Experience within the Oil & Gas Industry and preferable to have approx. 3-5 years of relevant experience – Quite a Senior role.
• Preferable educated within Business Accounting.
• Computer skills in MS Excel, SAP, P1 and IQx.
• Self-confident and willingness to adapt quickly into a new role and tasks – only Controller in the Well Delivery & Workover department.
• Fluently in English.
• Must live close enough to work at our office in Jåttåvågen (no commuter possibility)
• Unfortunately, we do not have the option to consider a candidate with a 3 months’ notice period as the need for the resource is urgently.
