The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at Pexip are responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of production services, and maintaining the platform on which they are built. In SRE we prioritize automation over toil, and people over process.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Help build a culture of positivity in the company, where diversity is celebrated and people feel empowered to innovate
• Be an advocate for SRE principles, and help mentor teams throughout the organization
• Design, build, and maintain our production systems
• Work with other engineers to improve our development and deployment processes

Preferred Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of cloud and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
• Experience with GCP or other cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD systems and tooling (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Argo CD)
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
