About Handelsbanken’s digital unitAt Handelsbanken, we are building new digital and customer-centric banking services that, together with our digital office, will cater to all digital needs and inquiries from our customers. Handelsbanken's digital unit is established as a modern, agile organization, with ambitions to set a new standard for customer experience in digital banking and deliver leading solutions for mobile and online banking to the Norwegian retail market. To succeed in this, we are now looking for a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer who will have a key role with a particular responsibility for shaping, maintaining and expanding the technology infrastructure.

What will your responsibilities be as a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer?
As a Dev Ops engineer, you will help make technology choices and ensure reliability and security of our service. You will define and evolve infrastructure, build and deployment strategy, and define processes around the customer facing and middleware application we build on top of our existing core banking system. You will ensure our 3 agile, cross-functional teams of backend and frontend engineers, product owners, and designers have solid platforms and pipelines to get their products online. As a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer you will be reporting to the Head of Tech Foundations and work with other Dev Ops Engineers, Architects and Tech Leads.

Skills & Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you have the followingqualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Engineer or Dev Ops Engineer
- Expert knowledge of *nix systems, the JVM and Azure cloud
- Hands-on experience with the Azure Dev Ops toolchain
- Knowledge of mobile app release infrastructure (App Store, Playstore) and pipelines (App Center, fastlane)
- Proficiency building cloud-native architectures on Azure using Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep)
- Experience with relational databases and event-driven architectures
- Experience in Banking, Payments, or similar regulated financial service environments
- Advocacy of modern development methodology, e.g., pair programming, TDD, mainline development
- Experience in a cross-functional, full-stack setup, managing end-to-end feature delivery
- Ability to collaborate with agile product owners and engineering leads to define and refine requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably Norwegian
- It is also a plus with knowledge from modern languages such as Go and Python
- You will become a part of the most ambitious and exciting digital project in the Nordic banking industry
- You will influence the benchmark for the online banking customer experience
