Company Description
TOMRA was founded in 1972, based on the design, manufacturing and sale of reverse vending machines (RVMs) for automated collection of used beverage containers. Today TOMRA provides solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems, and food processing by employing sensor-based sorting and grading technology.

At TOMRA, we want people to innovate, show passion in their work and be responsible. We encourage the freedom to innovate and take risks that result in breakthroughs that challenge the status quo. We value passion that focuses and commits to meeting success. We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.
Job Description
Do you want to work with purpose at a company where innovation meets impact? Join TOMRA Collection, where we capture over 46 billion drink containers annually across 60 global markets, preventing them from ending up in our streets, oceans, or landfills. As we expand in existing markets, venture into new ones, and prepare for long-term growth, we’re strengthening our strategy team and looking for a passionate and ambitious Strategy Manager.
Why join us?
We seek someone with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the planet. You should possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive our mission forward, along with proven project management skills to handle complex initiatives. As our new Strategy Manager, you will report to the SVP Head of Strategy at TOMRA Collection and be a part of the Strategy team located at TOMRA HQ in Asker, Norway. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and drive sustainable growth.
