Are you ready to take on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic, purpose driven company?
We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract and hire the right people for our growing company.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce at our Global Headquarters in Asker, and together with our leaders ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive our future success. You will join a team of two experienced recruiters and be exposed to recruiting in a broad range of professional fields from technology, engineering, commercial, product- and project management, business development, logistics and finance.

Main responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Support the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening and interviewing
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on best practices
- Tech-Savvy: Leverage applicant tracking systems and other digital tools to streamline and enhance recruitment processes
- Innovative Initiatives: Drive and participate in diverse recruitment and improvement projects
- Administration: Diverse ad-hoc tasks related to talent acquisition
- Brand Ambassador: Participate in employer branding initiatives, career events, and fairs to promote TOMRA as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- A relevant degree at the bachelor’s or master’s level
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Norwegian
- Digital Proficiency: Skilled in using digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and Linked In
- Reliable, structured, and proactive with a curious mindset and high engagement
- Enjoys building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
