What you’ll be doing
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll work closely with our product and leadership teams to develop and execute a winning sales strategy, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that we meet and exceed our revenue goals.

What you’ll be doing
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll work closely with our product and leadership teams to develop and execute a winning sales strategy, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that we meet and exceed our revenue goals.
In this role, you will
- Take full responsibility for the sales process, from lead identification to deal closure, ensuring a strong focus on delivering results.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate complex solutions to potential clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and prioritizing high-potential opportunities.
- Identify up-sell opportunities in current clients.
- Work closely with the executive team to align the sales strategy with broader business goals, including market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, providing tailored solutions and negotiating win-win deals.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine value propositions and ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.

In addition, we need you to:
- Be fluent in English, our working language. For the position in the Nordics, you need to speak a Scandinavian language as well.
- Live in or in commuting distance to Denver, Colorado. For the position in the Nordics, you need to live in Scandinavia with easy access to Oslo, Norway.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics, or a similar field that combines Technology and Finance.
- 5+ years of experience as Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, or similar role where you needed to hunt and nurture a pipeline.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate complex, technical products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep experience managing full-cycle sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate about seeing deals through from lead generation to close.
- Experience in the energy market is a plus.
