We are expanding our team and seeking an Account Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of telecommunications services and maintain strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in our telco campaign, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational success.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Tech Void Solutions in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the health of the sales pipeline, managing customer accounts, resolving service-related issues, and assisting with installations and billing queries. This role involves constant communication with customers to foster relationships, address concerns, and ensure service continuity.
Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the health of the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service-related communications.
Address issues with service installations and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and ensure accurate account management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
Track and manage account performance, ensuring targets and service delivery benchmarks are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
Provide insights on account performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management is a plus.
Familiarity with telecommunications services is preferred but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
