Accountant cum Administration

The Accountant cum Administration role is responsible for handling a combination of accounting tasks and administrative duties to ensure smooth financial operations and day-to-day office management. This dual-role requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and organizational skills to balance both accounting and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording expenses, income, and other entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle payroll, including salary preparation, tax deductions, and employee reimbursements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external parties for office needs.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain personnel records and assist in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Support management in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Handle administrative correspondence such as letters, emails, and office memos.
  • Manage office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and security measures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
