Accountant cum Administration

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording expenses, income, and other entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle payroll, including salary preparation, tax deductions, and employee reimbursements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external parties for office needs.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain personnel records and assist in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support management in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Handle administrative correspondence such as letters, emails, and office memos.
- Manage office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and security measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, or similar).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
