Job Description:
1)Generating invoices and account statements.
2)Maintaining the billing system.
3)Performing account reconciliations.
4)Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
5)Producing monthly financial and management reports.
6)Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
7)Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
8)Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
9)Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
10)Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
11)Generating reports and statements for internal use.
Required Skillset:
1)Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2)At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
3)Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially Ms Excel.
4)Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
5)High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
6)Attention to detail.
7)Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
