Admin Assistant/Receptionist

RTS Global Services is hiring Admin Assistant/Receptionist on urgent basis on one of its US and Canadian Based Project. We are located on Main IJP ROAD and it's an onsite Night Shift 8 hours job. This job is for someone who has the ability to learn and grow professionally. Freshers with bachelors degree and good English Communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls and forward them to right department.
- Present information to a customer about a certain product or service.
- Make outbound calls if a voicemail is received or a call is missed.
- Monitor live chat for any inbound queries.
- Listen to a few call recordings if needed.
- Think on ideas related to content for new social media postings.
- Communicate with the team members and between management.
- Take care of social media accounts
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer service will be preferred
- Good with using technology
- Ability to learn a new CRM System
- Should be able to communicate well in English Language
- Should be minimum a Graduate
- Freshers with good english communication are recommended to apply
Job Timings: 7pm - 3am
Location: Main IJP Road, Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
