The company is currently in an aggressive growth phase, utilizing advanced AI and machine learning technologies to deliver data-driven solutions for REITs. Our leadership team has led two previous IPOs and our technical team holds patents in AI and ML.
We are expanding our operations and seeking a motivated Associate Commercial Automation Specialist to join our team, helping streamline operations and contribute to our continued success.

- Implement and manage AI-driven automation tools to optimize sales and internal workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Zapier to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and integrate technical solutions in alignment with Home Easy's vision
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the business model and key revenue channels to enhance processes
- Design and develop custom solutions within the company's existing framework to streamline operations
- Enhance and maintain our AI-powered chatbot and internal website functionalities
- Document code and technical processes for seamless collaboration across teams
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python and associated libraries (e.g., Numpy, Pandas, Scipy)
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Flask is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgre SQL preferred)
- Strong understanding of Java Script, JQuery, CSS, and HTML DOM manipulation
- Familiarity with Git/Git Hub for version control
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP operations (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Comfortable using Linux and command-line interfaces
- Exposure to platforms like Heroku, Follow Up Boss, and Twilio is beneficial
PKR 100,000 - 150,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours:
we work in US Hours (7 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Time)
