Unity Foods Limited, one of the leading FMCG sector operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting Associate / Deputy Manager - Treasury for our office based in Karachi.
An individual will be responsible to manage the company’s treasury operations and collaborate closely with the Treasury Manager to ensure the company's financial liquidity, compliance, and profitability.
Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating terms, optimizing banking services, and reviewing banking fees.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of funds while maintaining liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and projections to support short-term and long-term financial planning.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency exchange, interest rates, and credit exposure.
• Oversee daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and transaction approvals.
• Manage existing debt agreements, including compliance with covenants, and explore opportunities to optimize debt structure.
• Execute treasury transactions, including wire transfers, investments, and debt repayments, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial covenants, and internal treasury policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiate banking services, and optimize banking costs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus).
Proven years of experience in treasury, cash management, or finance within the FMCG sector.

• Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial software.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
