About Us: We are a growing e-commerce company looking to expand our presence on Amazon. Our mission is to provide quality products to our customers while maximizing our sales potential.
To achieve this, we need an experienced Amazon Seller Account Expert who understands all the work processes of operating work from Pakistan, for overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and best practices.
- Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and sales.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies tailored to the Pakistani market.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and coordinate logistics for timely fulfillment.
- Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage effective Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive seller rating.
- Proven experience managing an Amazon seller account, preferably with a focus on the international market.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's policies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like advanced excel, wordpress, SQL , or similar is a plus.
- Required good knowledge of amazon B2B process and working, this will be a plus point.
